You don’t often see such complete versions of these 1950s kitchen dressers – more often than not the curved glass is cracked, which is part of what makes them so special, so to have the glass intact is just great! And isn’t the colour combo on this dresser fabulous? Pink and blue – a classic! There’s no getting away for the fact that it could do with a bit of TLC, but for its seventy odd years, I don’t think it’s doing too badly at all. And how great is it that it has its matching two tone chairs – sooooo cool! There’s actually a matching table that goes with the set, but apparently it’s not in fabulous condition so Nicky, my friend who’s currently the caretaker for the set, is generously throwing the table in mahala with the chairs – bonus!
If you’re interested in possibly buying this wonderful kitchen dresser, or the matching chairs, then please contact my good friend Nicky (of Savage Jewellery fame). She’ll answer any questions you may have….
