So Much of News!

So, we have some big (and actually a wee bit sad) news to share – Justin and I have decided to move to the UK. We’ve been considering it for some time now, but Covid obviously speeded the decision making process up rather drastically! The plan was to wrap things up with Mint much later in the year, but with us having been stranded in England for the past two months (and most likely, the next two months as well), our plans have kind of gone out the window! When we are eventually able to return to SA, we’ll need all the time we have to wrap things up with our house, and our animals, who will be coming with us on this great adventure!

Mint will remain live until we’re back in SA and are able to tie up all our loose ends, so you can still shop our last remaining sale items until then! There are still a few gems to be had – I can’t believe no one’s nabbed that lovely metal framed bed yet, and we still have some great retro crockery pieces for sale, so it might be worth visiting the shop to see if there’s anything that you’ve missed.

And if you still have your loot sitting in one of our store rooms, don’t stress, we’ll be in touch soon to find a way of getting it to you. You’re also more than welcome to drop us a mail to arrange collection.

NB: If you’ve been contemplating treating yourself to an Acapulco chair (or better yet, a bench!) you have until this Wednesday to take advantage of the sale prices. While all of our remaining Mint stock will stay on sale until we shut the site down (such sad words!), the Acapulco series will return to normal, pre-sale prices on Thursday morning – so don’t dilly-dally!
