Vintage Pontesa Casserole Dish

This is the matching casserole dish to the Pontesa serving platters we featured earlier in the week. It has the same classic China Blau pattern, and as with the platters, is in near perfect nick. The lid of the dish is obviously very decorated, but he bowl itself is quite plain (almost disappointingly so?), but I suppose if the whole thing was covered in that rather busy pattern things might get a bit much!
