Vintage Pedal Bin

How funny that I found this H&H pedal bin after that great red pedal bin the other week – they really aren’t that common! And the sales people in the shop that I bought it from said they couldn’t believe the owner agreed to sell it to me – apparently loads of people have asked to buy it and he’s always turned them down – lucky, lucky me! It’s obviously not quite as striking as the red bin, but in a way I prefer it. It’ll fit in with a  contemporary kitchen really easily, but still has that great retro edge to it!

NB: There is some wear to the bin that I couldn’t pick up in the photos; there’s a slight ding on the lid, and the stainless steel isn’t quite as shiny as it should be.
