I know it shouldn’t really make a difference, but when I picked up the first of these vintage jars and saw the ‘Made in Italy’ stamp, I was sold! They’re so much cooler when you know they’re Italian, don’t you think? They’re made from a type of toughened glass, very similar to Pyrex, so are pretty functional items, but that classic gingham pattern, combined with their Italian heritage, makes them much more appealing than a plain glass jar would be. Plus I love the oil and vinegar bottles – such fun!
Note: The lid on the one oil jar is slightly wonky – it still works fine, but it sometimes sits a bit lopsided. Also please pay attention to the dimensions below – these jars aren’t massive….
Dimensions: Oil jars – 17cm tall x 5cm in diameter; Medium jars – 14cm tall x 6.5cm in diameter; Small jars – 11.5cm tall x 5cm in diameter
