This German Achatit wall mask has been my pride and joy for years, but with no wall space to hang her I think it’s time I said goodbye to my polynesian friend! I bought her for a small fortune about ten years ago from an antique store, and I really did love her dearly – in fact she was probably on e of my most prized treasures, so I hope that she finds a good home to go to. She’s a little worse for wear, with a few cracks here and there, and her colour starting to wear thin in places (she’s been a bit neglected since we moved to Joburg), but I think if you gave her a regular oil, she’d probably start faring a bit better…..
Note: These Achatit wall masks can fetch some fairly high prices, selling for as much as R1400 (probably what I originally paid for her in today’s money!)
Dimensions: 23cm tall x 16cm wide x 12cm deep
