There’s no hiding the fact that this enamel bucket is a bit worse for wear, but I think it’s probably one of the oldest versions that we’ve had for sale, and I may be wrong, but I think it may be the first Belgian bucket that we’ve had? It’s great that it still has its lid, and even though it’s original function wasn’t that savoury (it’s an old ‘soil’ bucket which is why there’s a gap at the top of the lid – to let the gases escape!), it makes for an interesting design.
A character filled piece of vintage enamelware that will hopefully find a new lease of life in your home as a bucket for your dog kibble or as a bin in your kitchen.
