I’m not normally the biggest fan of ’80s design, but I just love these Villeroy & Boch cereal bowls – despite the fact that they’re clearly from the 1980s! I think this Xenier pattern, first produced in 1983, is oh so beautiful! And the bowls are in perfect nick – they still had their original price stickers on them (R15.99 each – probably not that cheap back then!), so I know for certain that they’ve never been used.
A super stylish set of bowls that would make great serving dishes for dips and smoked olives at your next cocktail party!
P.S. One of these bowls by itself sells fro $12 on Replacements.com – with our rather sad currency that’s nearly R200 a bowl!
Dimensions: Each bowl measures 5.5cm tall x 12cm in diameter
