These potato ricers definitely aren’t the most beautiful of kitchen items, although I suppose there’s a rugged handsomeness to them, but they’re not meant to be pretty, they’re meant to be hardworking! And today’s Swedish version works like a dream, with a really smooth mechanism that promises to produce the smoothest, silkiest mashed potatoes!
