I initially featured the smaller set of these glasses together with a Japanese ice bucket that we were selling a month or two back, but when I spotted the taller version of these glasses in their original box I discovered that they’re actually English, and (predictably) date to the 1970s. I know that not everyone goes in for this particular style of retro, but personally I think it’s on the rise. The style reminds me of West German pottery, something else I think will only grow in value over the next few years. But even if you don’t agree with me, they’re still decent value for money, especially if you compare them to the price of any reasonably good quality drinking glasses that you can buy today!
