Rather surprisingly there’s no maker’s mark on these retro cups & saucers, but I’d almost put money on them being Scandinavian in origin – don’t you think there’s something very Scandi about that glorious pattern? The pattern is the reason that I bought the set, despite one of the cups having a small chip along its rim (see pics). We’ve put a drop of vanish on the chip so it won’t really discolour and should be protected from any dirt collecting, but obviously they’re not mint – that being said, aside from that one chip the cups and saucers are in great nick!
