Mid-century Danish Oven Dish

I love how understated Danish design is – nothing flashy, but great lines, and generally great quality. Like this mid-century cast-iron enamelled Copco casserole dish: it’s clearly been well used over the years, but because it was so well made I think that it’ll easy last another life time! Obviously the white enamel’s not quite as shiny as it once was (it has loads of fine scratches), but that won’t affect its functionality at all, and it’s still avery handsome pot!
