Japanese Honey Dispenser

I see these honey jars for sale from time to time, in fact I’m pretty sure I’ve even seen them in places like @ Home, but most of the versions you come across are very plastickey and look like they would break after one or two uses. Wheras today’s Elweco Japanese-made honey dispenser is actually pretty well made! The mechanism that removes the stopper and releases the honey works very well, and I like the fact that it has a little metal stand that balances the jar, but will also catch any drips. Justin tried it out with some water (anything with a moving part has to be played with!), and it worked a treat, so I have no doubt that whoever buys this will be happily pouring syrup over their pancakes and honey over their granola for many years to come!
