Justin and I are in disagreement about today’s candle holder: I think that it’s a retro piece, but Justin thinks it may be newer. I might be more suspicious of its authenticity if I didn’t know where it came from, but the home that I bought it from was filled with the likes of that fabulous mid-century ashtray that we sold a while back and those wonderful yellow espresso cups! Plus, I went into the house to collect everything, and from what I saw the previous owner hadn’t been shopping since the 1970s! But regardless of its age, this is still a very handsome candle holder! The base is made from what looks to be steel, with the glass top being in perfect nick! The only issue with the condition is that the metal base is slightly murky (I’m not sure why?), but once you have the lights dimmed and the candle burning you won’t notice a thing!
