Okay, so I’m not 100% convinced that this vintage child’s woodwork set is such a good idea for children over the age of eight to use (which is what the box says!), but it is a very cool set for a little boy or girl who’s maybe a bit older and interested in making things. I’ve never come across a set quite like this, and the other dealers who were there when I bought it were equally as impressed (always nice when you can make your ‘colleagues’ jealous!). The paper label is quite worn, the tools look like they’ve been pretty well used, and going on the picture it looks like a hammer’s missing, but given that most websites date these sets to the 1960s, I don’t think the condition is too bad at all!
Note: Handy Andy Tool Chests sets sell for around $90 online
Dimensions: The box measures 32cm long x 22cm wide x 7.5cm deep
