1950s Dutch Teapot

R240.00 R144.00

And here we have another brand new, boxed piece! My heart beat a little bit faster when I saw the dealer putting this fabulous Dutch teapot on his table! I’m a bit like a magpie, I love shiny retro treasures! And with its untouched chrome this teapot really does deliver a bit of bling! Manufactured in 1957 the ‘Dorothe’ teapot was made by Daalderop, who are still trading today under the name of Itho Daalderop. The teapot has a double wall, so should help to keep your tea hot for a little longer – practical and super good looking! I’m a big fan of this teapot, in case you can’t tell!

Note: That while I don’t think this teapot has ever been used, there is some very minor damage to the handle, which looks like it might have been glued at some point (see photos)

Dimensions: 16cm tall x 16cm in diameter
