Changes to Checkout Procedure

Morning folk! In an attempt to fix the problem where Mint is giving an error saying that there’s “an issue with an item in your cart”, we’ve had to remove the ten minute hold on items. What this means is that once you’ve added an item to your cart you’ll need to check out straight away to avoid someone else nabbing whatever is in your shopping trolley – i.e. the item won’t be marked as sold until you’ve checked out, so it’s a matter of first come first serve! We think that this will solve the problem, but we can’t know for certain until we’ve tried it out, so watch this space! And obviously please let us know if you still encounter the problem, or spot any other pesky gremlins on the site – we seem to have an infestation of them at the moment!
