How crazy are these little pots? I have to admit that I think that they’re a bit bizarre! I bought them because as peculiar as I find them, there’s still something quite special about this little joined pair. The work appears quite naive, but if you look at the roughness of the lemons they’re probably quite realistic. The spoons look to be original and I think are probably made of bakelite (always a plus). There’s some age to these pots which is evident in the discolouration of the one lemon, which continues to the inside of the pots. I’m sure your kids would love to eat their jam and honey from these jars – that being said I know a few adults (my brother included) who would find them delightful!
