Drostdy planter
This Drostdy planter has the most beautiful soft green glaze. If my memory’s correct this matte glaze is a feature in a lot of the ceramic ware produced by this South African pottery house. The planter is in perfect condition, with the only sign of age being the crazing on the inside of the bowl. This piece would look lovely with some small succulents planted in it, or displayed as a centre piece on a sideboard or table. A great piece of South African history in near immaculate condition.
